Shipping Policy

Order processing and shipping times will vary depending on where you live and our product inventory. We make all our products by hand. If an item you ordered is not in stock, making it can take up to two weeks. Otherwise, most orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days. Domestic shipment can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days. International orders may take much longer. Please be patient.

We ship using US Postal Service or UPS, depending on weight. We charge a flat shipping and handling rate, according to the following price table:

Up to $20 : Add $7.00
$20.01 - $40 : Add $7.75
$40.01 - $60 : Add $8.50
$60.01 - $100.00 : Add $9.00
$100.01 - $125.00 : Add $9.50
$125.01 - $149.99 : Add $10.00
$150 and over : FREE

International customers please take note: These rates and estimates do not apply for international and overseas orders, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Due to the high cost of shipping overseas, these customers pay actual shipping costs.

We ship all our products using delivery confirmation. However, we do not insure retail packages. If you need insurance or any other special handling, please notify us via phone (888-540-1600) or email at the time you place your order.

Wholesale

We offer our products at wholesale rates to qualified retailers. To get started ordering online at wholesale rates, please sign up for an account on our site, provide shipping and contact information for your business, then call, fax or email us with your business's federal tax ID.

Terms for Wholesale: There is a $55 order minimum with a $5 fee for going under. Orders are shipped by UPS or the Post Office, and customers are charged our actual shipping costs with a $6 minimum. Note: for wholesale orders, the shipping rates quoted in our shopping cart are estimates only.
